Reflection
All glory to the most high. I’m proud of myself today and yesterday for doing my 100 pushups and sit-ups. Long as I get those out the way, on these rest days I feel accomplished. Because I keep my streak alive. I also incorporated meditation and realized how at peace I am in my present mind frame. God showed me pushing little dominoes as I pushed my hands through my carpet. And those led to an even larger one, that will make the rest of this long trail of large dominoes all fall. Stay motivated cause that one dominoes gonna spark your purpose. Godspeed.

Morning roll call (5/5/26)
1. Pick a wake up time and stick to it (+/- 15 minutes). No snoozing! This does wonders for your circadian rhythm. 2. Drink a big ol' glass of water with some electrolytes 3. Cold Shower (30-90 seconds, you can do it at the end of your regular shower if you need) 4. Journal your intentions for the day, 3 things you're grateful for, and 1-3 emotions you're feeling. No need to elaborate unless you want to, just take the time to explore. 5. Meditate or just sit in stillness for 5-10 minutes. Calm the storm that is our minds. 6. Post here! 👇 (Add Your Cell Phone Screenshot of the Time and Date)
