YouTube - Do Not Compare yourself
It is easy to look at other YouTube channels and feel small. You might see their big numbers and think you are not good enough. But remember, everyone starts at zero. Even the biggest YouTubers once had no views and no subscribers. Comparing can make you feel sad and may stop you from creating. Instead, use other channels as ideas or inspiration. Ask yourself, what can I learn from them that will help me grow? Then put your own spin on it. No one can be you. There are hundreds or even thousands of people making videos on the same topics. But they all still find viewers. That means there is still a lot of room for you to create your topic, even if others are already doing it. Nobody can say it the way you say it. There is only one you. You will explain things in a way that other people are not explaining them. There is an audience waiting for you to make your content. Do not deprive them of your special way of helping. And do not deprive yourself of the joy of sharing your voice. Checklist to stop comparing: - Remind yourself that every big creator started small - Focus on your own growth, not their numbers - Learn tips from others, but do not copy - Remember there is only one you - Trust that your audience is waiting for your voice - Celebrate small wins, like your first comment or first 10 views Example: If you see a channel with 1 million subscribers, do not feel bad. Instead, think, “That person kept going. I can too.” Even if ten people make the same video, your way of teaching and sharing is different. Focus on getting your first 10 subscribers, then 50, then 100. Step by step, you will grow.
