YouTube - Public vs Unlisted vs Private - What's the difference
💥 When you upload a YouTube video, you get to choose whether it’s Public, Unlisted, or Private. Here’s how each one works and when to use them strategically. 💥 PUBLIC VIDEOS What it means Everyone can see them. They appear on your channel, in search, and can be recommended by YouTube. Pros • Helps you grow your views and subscribers. • Can rank in search and get suggested. • Builds channel momentum. Cons • Weak titles or thumbnails hurt performance. • Low watch time sends negative signals to the algorithm. Use this when… • You’re confident the video is polished. • You want discovery and growth. • You're ready to make your video visible as soon as you upload it. 💥 UNLISTED VIDEOS What it means Anyone with the link can view it, but it does not appear publicly on your channel, in search, or in recommendations. Pros • Perfect for getting feedback privately. • Great for sharing with clients, your Skool community, or collaborators. • Can be embedded on websites without being public. Cons • Does not help with channel growth. • Anyone with the link can share it. Use this when… • You want private feedback before releasing it. • You want to share content without making it public. • You’re uploading and want controlled access without exposure. 💥 PRIVATE VIDEOS What it means Completely hidden. Only people you manually invite can view it, and they must be logged into the exact Gmail account you authorized. Pros • Best for drafts, practice videos, and experiments. • Completely secure — cannot be shared. • Useful for long-term storage without exposure. Cons • Nobody can view it by link. • It does not help your channel grow. Use this when… • You’re still editing. • You want to practice filming without pressure. • You’re uploading a video that you don’t want anyone to see yet. 💥 WHERE YOU MAKE THIS CHOICE You choose Public, Unlisted, or Private on the Visibility screen during the upload process. Just finish uploading your video → click Next → choose your visibility setting.

@Jan Rooms my pleasure. You got this ✨️
YouTube - You don't need fancy equipment to get started
🔥 A lot of beginners think they need the perfect setup before they can make great videos. But the truth is… you already have more than enough to begin. Here’s how to get high-quality results with what you already own: 📱 Use Your Phone As Your Camera - Modern phones shoot amazing video - You already have everything you need to start 📌 No Tripod? No Problem. - Use a shelf - A windowsill - A stack of books - Anything stable works 🌤️ No Studio Lights? Just Use Natural Light. - Sit facing a window - Use sheer curtains to soften harsh sunlight - Shoot around sunset for soft natural light - You usually get about 40 minutes of perfect light 🎧 Better Audio Without Buying a Mic - Your phone’s mic is already solid - Improve clarity inside CapCut - Film in a room with soft surfaces - Avoid rooms with hard floors or bare walls, which cause echo 💻 Avoid Laptop Cameras When Possible - Most laptop cameras look grainy - Newer Apple laptops are better, but your phone is still superior 💬 Creator Insight:Stop waiting for the perfect setup. You get better by doing, not by delaying.Every time you film, you: - Build confidence - Find your on-camera voice - Improve your delivery - Learn what actually works 👏Your audience won’t care what gear you used. They care about the value, the clarity, and the consistency you bring.

@Nicole M It's true. Just have to work with what we got.
YouTube - Yes, You CAN Change Things After Uploading
💥A lot of creators think once a video is uploaded, everything is locked forever. That is not true. There are many things you can change later, and some of those changes can actually help your video get more views. Here is what you need to know. 💥 Things You CAN Change Anytime - Thumbnails - Titles - Descriptions - Tags - End screens - Cards - Chapters - Playlist placement These changes do not hurt your video. In many cases, they can help it. 💥 Why Changing Thumbnails Helps - A new thumbnail can increase your click through rate - A stronger click through rate tells the algorithm people prefer your video - That can push your video to more viewers - Many creators get a big jump in views after replacing a weak thumbnail 💥 What You Do NOT Lose - You do not lose your views - You do not lose your watch time - You do not lose your comments - You do not lose your ranking - You do not lose your audience retention data Your video keeps all of its history. 💥 What You SHOULD Avoid - Do not change thumbnails every hour - Do not change titles every day - Make strong changes, then give YouTube time to read the data 💥 The Smart Way To Use This - If a video has low views and low click through rate, try a new thumbnail - If a title is confusing, rewrite it to be clearer - If your description has no keywords, fix it - If the video is in the wrong playlist, move it 💥You are not stuck. You can keep improving your video even after it is uploaded. This is how you give your content a second chance.

@Nicole M You're very welcome.
🚨Just got access to Agent Opus!
Testing this out now and will create my own YT video on this in the next few days. You can sign up for access HERE. once you sign up drop your affiliate link below so we help each other out!👇 Agent Opus is an AI video creation tool developed by OpusClip. It acts as a fully autonomous "virtual video production team" designed to turn simple inputs (like a text idea, a blog link, or a news article) into high-quality, short-form viral videos (for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or Instagram Reels). Caution ⚠️ ensure any generated broll for youtube.com is copyright free so they do not flag your video. How It Works Unlike standard AI video generators that just blindly create video from text, Agent Opus functions as a Multi-Agent System. This means it splits the work between several specialized AI "employees" that handle different parts of the production process simultaneously. When you give it a prompt, it triggers a workflow involving these specialized agents: 1. The Researcher Agent: 2. The Scriptwriter Agent: 3. The Storyboard Artist Agent: 4. The Asset Manager Agent: 5. The Motion Designer & Editor Agents: What You Can Do With It You can use Agent Opus to automate video creation from several different starting points: - Text-to-Video: "Create a 60-second video about the history of coffee." - URL-to-Video: Paste a link to a blog post, news article, or LinkedIn post, and it will summarize it into a video script. - Audio-to-Video: Upload a voice recording, and it will build visuals to match your speech. Key Features - Autonomy: It handles the entire pipeline (writing, editing, sourcing footage) without manual intervention unless you want to intervene. - Motion Graphics: It is known for adding dynamic motion graphics (moving text, icons, and animations) rather than just static stock footage. - Voice & Avatars: It includes AI voiceovers and can even generate AI avatars to "present" the video.
