I realized a deep rooted belief
I uncovered the following deep rooted belief when it comes to romantic relationships: Attachment is proof that it is/was real. If I let go it means I never experienced a meaningful relationship up to this point. So I feel comfortable and at home with the negative and self destructive thoughts cause at least I it makes me believe I experienced something special. My longest ‘relationship’ was about 2 months and it takes me more time to move past it than the relationship actually lasted. How do I change that belief cause I don’t want this to take years like it did in the past after a relationship that was 1 month? Would love your guidance, support, ideas 💡♥️

To embrace that every romantic relationship is real and you may honor the lessons je learned, and it doesn’t matter of it flows for, days, months or years. Cause it shows your love as a partner and the beliefs, where you not free. The attachment is because you looking at the other, believing what you experienced came from the other person. But if you look inside in yourself you will discover it’s you.
A Night of Personal Discovery and Emotional Processing
Last night, I watched Aarons video about identifying belief systems rooted in childhood trauma, the first video on Awareness and Presence. It really resonated with me, and I was having so many realizations as I took notes on my computer. Strangely, when the video ended, my computer shut down, and all my notes were gone. By then, it was late, and I went to bed knowing I needed to sleep for work in the morning. But I couldn't sleep. I felt wide awake, like my eyes were bugging out of my head. After about 30 minutes of lying there, I noticed my body starting to hurt—everywhere. It hit me that these were probably stored emotions or energy being released after watching the video. It felt like I was shedding a layer. I rubbed my body to help release the stuck energy, and eventually, I fell asleep for a little while. When I did sleep, I had a dream where I woke up late for work—it was 1:48 PM, and I was supposed to be there at 9:30. I panicked, tried calling my boss (who didn't answer). The details are fuzzy after that, but today I feel completely drained. I wanted to see the significance of the number I seen in my dream. Angel Number 148 Dream Interpretation 1. *Emotional Processing*: The physical pain represented releasing stored trauma and energy, signaling personal transformation. 2. *Anxiety and Expectations*: Being late for work reflects underlying fears about meeting responsibilities and potential failure. 3. *Spiritual Guidance*: This experience is part of my spiritual growth, pointing towards new beginnings, stability, and aligning with my true purpose. Blackbird Synchronicity On my way to work today, I saw a massive flock of blackbirds, which felt deeply significant: 1. *Transformation and Rebirth*: Blackbirds are symbols of change and transformation, perfectly aligning with the emotional release and growth I've been experiencing. Their appearance suggests I'm moving through a period of personal evolution. 2. *Connection to the Unknown*: These birds are often linked to mystery and the unseen, encouraging me to trust my intuition and embrace the unknown as I navigate this transformative time. 3. *Spiritual Guidance*: Blackbirds are seen as messengers from the spirit world, reminding me to stay open to guidance and insights from higher realms. They could be affirming that I'm on the right path. 4. *Adaptability and Resilience*: A flock of blackbirds represents unity and adaptability, urging me to stay flexible and strong as I face challenges. 5. *Self-Discovery*: Blackbirds also symbolize uncovering hidden truths and finding clarity in life's mysteries.

It has certainly to do with stored trauma. I had asked some help from a therapist and she is specialized in generational trauma. It is confirmed that my memory in the womb of my mother was correct. And had to do with trauma. I’m a carrier of the family trauma because now someone is here to feel it so you can heal it. She explained that if people have trauma it is like a freeze stored in the body and also the anxiety did I feel by my mother. And I also can relate to myself because a theme and lesson was feeling save in the body and express my truth. You can also experience the opposite that’s the fire and experience a lot of feeling hot inside.

It’s a choice to get your attention or focus in a different direction. Cause energy flows where attention goes.
Body doubling
Has anyone heard of this/experienced this? It especially is supposed to help people who have trauma and/or add symptoms (they are nearly identical in symptoms at times) Anyway, I am going to use this post as a body double for myself today 🥰 every hour, I will post what I want to get done that hour. And then check back in. Feel free to comment below and use this for yourself as well. 🥰🥳 Let's DO this!!
