Something I’ve been thinking about lately: a lot of us consume content, join communities, and stay busy, but only a smaller group actually changes behavior. What I’m experimenting with right now is shifting from “I learned something” to “I applied one small thing today.” Even tiny actions seem to compound faster than more information.
