Functional Strength Builder
This was meant to be a quick 7–8 minute Friday session… but l just got lost in the movement. It turned into 15. Sometimes you plan the workout. Sometimes the workout carries you. I hope you get a little lost in it today also. Move well and remember, you are strong.
