Since I’ve been getting consistent results, I tried making Dubai Chocolate flavored macarons! For the filling I made a chocolate ganache and added pistachio paste with kataifi + tahini sauce in the center. They were super yummy!! 🤗

Hello people, my name is Julian. I’m new here, just turned 18 and I‘ve been consistently baking delicious treats for my family for about 6 years now. The hardest recipe to master by far are macarons for me, which is why I decided to join this group and seek for help and suggestions from other fellow bakers around the world, aswell as share my own mistakes and hopefully you‘ll be able to learn not just from the good batches, but also the bad ones. I wanted to ask for some special flavour recommendations, something unique that‘s surprisingly tasty. My brother keeps asking me for pistachio flavoured macarons, and I‘ll definitely get to making them once I‘ve unlocked the recipe, though I also want to try out some different flavours for myself.
