(Keep your training app open for exercises, form videos, and repetition count) Have a Google docs tab opened or print out your nutrition guide so that it's easily visible! (If you are an XFit client) Make sure to prep your Excel sheets with updated photos before meetings with Lance if you can to maximize quality feedback from him on your physical journey.
