@Seth Greene my partner who created that website is getting a lot of real leads directly from chat GPT and Gemini in Miami. Maybe it's not the exact same way they teach in this community but there's more than one way to skin a cat. And he is getting a lot of success including a 50k opportunity from a big business in Miami that found him directly from chat GPT.
