I like the new idea but if there's a way to somehow still keep a first responder family theme to this, I think it keeps its authenticity and sets it apart from other similar groups. But I understand wanting to welcome people outside of first responders too. So maybe there's a compromise somewhere?

@Brian Waters Yes it's a good point, and obviously there is going to be value to everyone when we include people that come from different walks of life with business oriented backgrounds
