1k Month Challange Day 6 (08/12/2025
Morning: I was slept at 04:00 am and woke up at 01:00 pm. Today i was missed Fajr namaz. After waking up first offered Zuhr namaz and made my bed. After did studies till 03:00 pm. At 03:30 pm i offered Asar namaz. Evening: Prepared food, ate at 04:00 PM, I offered Maghrib namaz at 4:30 PM. From 05:00 PM to 07:00 PM, I focused on study. Take rest for 2 hours. After that 08:30 - 10:00 PM again study. Night: Go outside for a dinner. 12:30 am learn SMM by sir tayyab jamil from IDM. Now I am seeing Sir Haroon’s lecture on Mental Mastery. Overall, today was good. Alhamdulillah.

1k Month Challenge Journal Day 5 (06/12/2026)
Morning: I offered Tahajud namaz at 04:00 AM. After i was slept and woke up at 02:00 PM. Today i was misse Fajr namaz. After waking up first offered Zuhr namaz after prepared breakfast, ate at 03:30 PM, and made my bed.I offered Asar namaz. Evening: I offered Maghrib namaz at 4:30 PM. From 05:00 PM to 07:00 PM, I focused on studying. Dinner at 7:30 PM. After that 08:00 - 10:00 PM again study. I watched a drama meri zindagi ha tu for refresh. Night: I offered Isha namaz at 10:30 PM Now I seenig Sir Haroon’s lecture on Mental Mastery. Inshallah soon i will share my notes Overall, today was good. Alhamdulillah.

Morning: I offered Fajr namaz at 6:00 AM. I went back to sleep at 7:00 AM and woke up again at 12:30 PM. After waking up, I prepared for Jumma namaz. I then prepared breakfast, ate at 2:30 PM, and made my bed. Afternoon: I missed Asar namaz today.From 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM, I focused on studying. Evening: I offered Maghrib namaz at 4:30 PM.After that, I watched a one-hour IDM recorded lecture on SMM.I also spent one hour working on improving my English speaking. I took a nap at 8:30 PM. Dinner was at 9:30 PM. Night:I offered Isha namaz at 10:00 PM From 10:30 PM, I saw Sir Haroon’s lecture on Mental Mastery. Overall, today was good. Alhamdulillah.
1k Month Challenge Day 3 (03/12/25)
I sleep at 02:00 am and woke up at 07:30 am and prepared break fast had breakfast 08:00 am and make my bed. First I was go university at 08:30 am All day classes with 2 hours break. At 05:30 pm come from university after eat some food and go for rest. At 08:00 pm take sir haroon lectures about mental mastery. At 09:00 pm do study for 2 hours. After I was consume 1 hour recording lecture from IDM about SMM. Today was hectic because of every wednesday all day university classes. Inshallah from tomorrow i will share my namaz journal.

A Simple Breathing Pause That Helps
Sometimes we forget how much the smallest habits can shape our mental well-being. One thing that’s really helped me is taking just five minutes during the day to pause and breathe. Whenever I start feeling overwhelmed, I step away from my screen, sit still for a moment, and focus on my breathing inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 4, exhale for 4. It’s such a simple routine, but it helps quiet my mind and makes it easier to focus afterward. We tend to look for big, dramatic fixes for stress, but tiny daily habits like this can make a real difference over time. I hope this helps you too. ❤️
