Hi everyone! I’m Alexis—I live in Knoxville, TN, and my STRs are in Historic Downtown Sevierville in the Smoky Mountains. I’m currently in Stage 4 – Scaling (launch phase). I’ve been developing a five-suite boutique STR called Victoria House and am getting ready to open. My 90-day goal is to successfully launch, dial in operations and guest experience, and build a strong foundation for direct bookings and future growth. The biggest thing holding me back right now is making sure all the final details, systems, and processes are in place so everything runs smoothly once we open—there are a lot of moving pieces at this stage!

Introduction
Hi, I'm Jeremy in San Antonio, TX. I'm a partner in Five Star Vacation Home Rentals (@fivestarvhr) where we focus on STR management for high-end and luxury properties in San Antonio and Austin. We've got about 65 properties so far. I only own my personal home though, so would like to purchase an STR. I obviously know about how great STRs are, so I'd say I'm in Stage 2 because my biggest mental hurdle now is financing because I'm pretttttty sure I won't qualify for a loan myself and would like a partner.
