@Derek Pruski reta stopped a ton of food noise for me compared to Sema - Sema stopped food noise by giving me nausea . Never tried Triz, so can't speak to it. I have added a 2 days later micro dose of Cagri to help with late week food noise (and to keep my reta dose down). Personally, I figure there should always be a healthy level of food noise / hunger - eating is important and IMO - I need to keep of a level of will power in the mix. Everyone is different - I've done it on will power alone but that said why would anyone go w/o when you can mitigate the "torture" to a manageable level. That just ups the probability of success factor

Great Question!!! I don't refrigerate but I realize it's all over the place.
πŸ”‹ The Ultimate Mitochondria Stack is LIVE
I've been getting a LOT of requests for peptide stacking protocols lately β€” so I put together a deep dive on what I'm calling The Ultimate Mitochondria Stack β€” four compounds that target your cellular energy production from every angle. This was the first stack I heard about when diving into the research space. If you've ever felt like your metabolism "isn't what it used to be"... or you're doing everything right but your body won't respond... this one's for you. The stack: βš™οΈ SS-31 β€” The mechanic. Repairs and protects your mitochondrial membranes so the energy machinery actually works. πŸ“£ MOTS-c β€” The coach. Sends exercise-like signals that tell your cells to burn fat, improve insulin sensitivity, and adapt. πŸ’» SLU-PP-332 β€” The software upgrade. Turns on the genes that build MORE mitochondria and shift your body toward fat burning. ⚑ Methylene Blue β€” The backup generator. Keeps electrons flowing and ATP production high even when parts of the system are compromised. Why this matters: Your mitochondria produce 90% of your cellular energy. When they decline (which happens with age, stress, and metabolic dysfunction), EVERYTHING suffers β€” energy, body composition, recovery, cognition, all of it. Most people focus on calories and macros. That matters. But what about the actual engine processing those calories? That's what this stack addresses. I cover: - How each compound works (explained so anyone can understand) - Why they're synergistic (the whole is greater than the sum) - Research protocols - Where this fits with diet and exercise (spoiler: it doesn't replace the basics) Full article here πŸ‘‡ https://open.substack.com/pub/derekpruski/p/the-ultimate-mitochondria-stack-ss Drop any questions below β€” curious what you guys think of this one.

Great stuff thanks all...I love mots-c and use it at the same time as slu..I used to run them separately but now I do them together for 2 months then repair with the Ss31..then take a break..been known to combine 5amino1 with the most and aod with ss31...its hunters micro stack with some adjustments...Its a bit if the wild west but to me when I see multiple knowledge people say similar, thought slightly different things, I give it more credence...my main issue is only... running them all at once with no breaks called out...
