I took some inspiration from the Hepburn Method, which is typically a progression for progressively overloading your main lifts, but applied it to running. This is super simple and straight forward. We are just adding a minute to your run intervals each week. If you've asked us for advice on improving conditioning and how to work your way back into running, this is a progression you can use. This is intended to be done weekly as your interval training day. Feel free to add additional low intensity running as you see fit and based on your current goals and training experience.
