Early wins are always exciting. I wouldn't say I'm 100% ready to start my free group, but Seth Godin with say Ship! Finally got my group ready enough, launched ads just today, and got my first 2 leads (group members) into my free group. We set up the automatic DM in skool and also the backend, auto welcome emails. So we're firing on all calendars. And then I spent some time personally inviting some key people in my community to leave comments, and likes so the group doesn't look like no one is there when paid leads come in. 15 group members not too bad to start. Looking forward to seeing how the ads play out over the weekend! Hope you're all crushing it this week!!!
