Job offers to improve AI coding skills
Hey all I’m curious about other people’s opinion on working for companies that are hiring people to improve the skills of AI in coding. I’ve seen a lot of job posts for these roles and have been contacted by some recruiters on LinkedIn. Specifically I’ve seen the company DataAnnotation a few times. The role is described as Ana analyst of the code their AI (or other ones maybe) has written and try to help it improve. They claim to pay pretty well , $75-$100 an hour. What do yall think? Is it a decent gig? Is it inevitable to help AI get better? Does it feel immoral to help make the tool better that supposedly is going to take software developers jobs? Genuinely curious about people’s thoughts

@Marigold Henshaw That is a good outlook on it. It is reassuring to think about it as a tool that still needs people to know how to use it well. I haven't actually applied to any of these openings but I might consider it. Especially if it means I can practice with what I want to learn anyways. It's best to get paid to learn! What sort of day-to-day operations are you trying to improve for yourself?

@Giuditta Siciliano I should have read your response before posting mine as I had the same question lol.
We just hit 20,000 Members!
It's been quite a journey, in about 1 month and 9 days, we went from 22 members to 20,000... The growth we've faced is amazing. I still remember joining this community back when the link wasn't even public and DMing Jake, the value back then and now is insane. We had our high tea call yesterday and the engagement we had was amazing as well, Jake himself ended up learning something new. This community has grown a lot since day 1 and we aren't stopping yet, Jake has tons of exciting stuff coming (can't leak too much) and we've got so far to go. Even if you go back to the first module ever made, that content is still relevant, we don't follow trends here at Clief Notes, we make systems that last a decade. We'd love to learn more about you guys, the community. What do you guys want more of? Calls? Courses? Topics covered? Assistance? If you guys want anything or hate something that's going on right now, let us know, we take every single piece of feedback and don't worry, we aren't deleting the hate comments like the TikTokers do.

I can’t believe this community has only been around that short of a time period. Really glad to be a part of it. I’m learning a lot!
First post here and honestly a little nervous to share..
I'm not from a technical background at all. No coding, no systems, just someone who's been using Claude and knew there had to be a better way. I came into this community feeling like everyone else already knew something I didn't. I've been going through the foundation course and slowly things are starting to make sense. Set up my folder structure. Claude is already responding differently. I can feel the difference. But I know there's so much I don't know yet. The best lessons don't just come from courses. They also come from people who've already made the mistakes. So here's my question to all of you - What do you wish someone had told you when you were just starting out? What would have saved you the most time or frustration?

@Nick Prescott I like this advice a lot. Related to number 2 I started using the mantra “better is better” when I’m working on anything. Any progress is better than no progress. It helps to remind myself that I don’t have to get it all done in one sitting. This started with house renovation projects but I started applying it to everything, including work and coding.
THANKYOU (Edit of :I need your help but it's optional. )
UPDATE: SHE GOT INTO THE NEXT ROUND THANKYOU ALL SO MUCH. Another round of voting this week if you want it keep voting for us ! Completely unrelated to AI. My stepdaughter is in a competition to meet Jeff corwin. (My childhood hero when it came to animals) And she just needs a vote in a competition everyday for the next few days. Completely free to cast one vote. So if anyone is willing to just click the link and cast a vote that would be super nice. Totally don't have to as I understand this is completely separate from AI lol https://jr-ranger.org/2026/wylder-533c

Hope she wins, and if so please share about the experience. I loved Jeff Corwin’s show growing up!

I had just watched Jake's youtube video "Stop Building AI Agents. Use This Folder System Instead.", so it was great to then do this simple version of what he walked through in it.
