PTFAR HW Feb 10
Pressure:I needed to help Seller understand the logic of putting E. Wheeling on the market this weekend and keep the timeline moving so we didn’t lose momentum in preparing and launching the listing. Thought:“How would she react if I just told her the photos were scheduled for Wednesday?”

Pressure:My condo listing has been on the market for three weeks and we haven’t secured a buyer yet. With several competing units on the market, I could feel the urgency building to generate more activity. Thought:“I need to go old school and proactively call people in my sphere and agents in the area to make sure everyone knows about this condo.”

Week 4 Homework:
1. CALENDAR AUDIT Activity I can eliminate:Driving to Lancaster and back just to check on listings. We have an office in Lancaster, and I can pay a local agent to handle those errands instead. One activity I will protect as non-negotiable:My personal time with my husband. I didn’t protect that last week, and it showed. One activity to tighten:My schedule. I allowed other people’s needs to hijack my calendar last week, and I finished the week exhausted and anxious about what I didn’t get accomplished. 2. DAILY COMMITMENT RESET Make a minimum of 5 lead-generation touches per day. 3. AWARENESS PRACTICE What I noticed about my justifications this week:I didn’t consistently run decisions through the filter of:“Will this generate income for me, or just consume my time? If it doesn’t require me, who else could do it?”

February starts with one shift.
January was about stopping, pausing, and breathing. That work created awareness. February is about what happens after awareness. Awareness shows you the moment. Choice is what changes it. This month, we’re working in the space between the two. Where do you want more choice this month?
