Yesterday I was on my 4th straight 12-hour day (it’s spring, y’all! 🌸🏡). During my last conversation of the day, I caught myself slipping into old habits — moving too fast and skipping the EWTS and VAK process. I’m glad I caught it in the moment and was able to shift back, but it was a good reminder of how easy it is to fall out of the discipline when you’re tired or busy. The process works… but only if we actually use it.
