Girlllll the energy has been so intense but revolutionary at the same time. I feel so much has been dismantled subconsciously that will help us get ahead in life and step into our power as women BUT since there was so much "letting go" I did get sick. When you come down with a cold most of the time it is your body purging energy. How are you feeeling lately?

When you are attached to an outcome you signal to your subconscious mind that YOU DO NOT HAVE IT. It's important to realize that when I tell you to visualize your ideal situation and hold your vision throughout your day to energetically imprint your subconscious mind with this new identity, I do not mean to attach yourself to it. To become detached from the outcome, you must build your faith in the higher mind/God. God always knows what's best for you because it is the higher intelligence inside of YOU. So if you have faith that it will bring you what you want, then don't worry about it. Don't put pressure on yourself to make it happen. Just take aligned action without the need for results and you will see your vision come true. If you order a package from amazon, you know its coming so you don't stress about it, and even if the package gets lost you know the company will send you an even better product or a compensation. It's the same with this, just relax, let go, and if you see yourself attached, remember this is in God's hands not yours so breathe and let go.

For the women specially dealing with survival mode, we tend to forget to be grateful for advancements (even if they’re “small”) which further keep us in this loop of not recognizing ourself and our achievements.
