Problem
Having a nightmare at the moment. Started a new job 3 months ago go . Which im more than capable of doing . But getting basically ignored by my manager and the ones above. I'm meant to part of the team. It's so uncomfortable at work 8 hours of basically being ignored and not being supported im making mistakes because my head is all over the place. I'm a confident man but feeling useless at work. Can't walk away because my family need me working. Tried speaking to them and I get brushed off. It's affecting my sleep and home life. Which is not fair. Any ideas

Unfortunately you can spend more time with work colleagues 8 plus hours a day 5 days a week than you do your loved ones. Easy to say and I appreciate hard to do but if its dragging you down then grin and bear it to keep the cash rolling but look to get out asap. They sound like there not worth your time buddy.

My Dad’s Birthday
It is my Dad’s Birthday today he past away last year so today I didn't wanna get up, but I got up had my breakfast an went to the gym to put the work in juts got back home. #WeAllAreWarriors

It's hard when these special days appear and usually you'd be heading over to see that person and like I do with my mum and brother I head to their ashes plaque and have chat with them both. The way I've thought about it and I hear my mums voice in my head when I think this is. Craig your still here im not, don't grieve me, remember me and know im at peace free for suffering. I'll see my mum and brother again but not yet.
