Do you believe strong nails are mostly genetic, or mostly about good routines?

Heyyyy beautiful people! Let me introduce myself 👀 Im Gracie owner of Milkshake Nails 👋🏼 I have been qualified for 4 years now (but doing mine and some others for alot longer👀🤣) I am trained in all systems but specialise and now only work in gel systems (gel polish, builder/ hard gels/ polgel, gelX, duel forms, tips, sculpt) I am hugely passionate about nail health, nail biter rehab, and troubleshooting retention issues And I LOVE NAIL ART! An unhinged nail art enthusiast who loves the weird and wonderful, chrome addict, and basically anything that requires hand painting 🤣 I will be starting our Paint With Me classes for Nail Tech Corner - these will usually be on a Monday evening (nz time) These will be levelled so anyone can join with options available to level up your skill and design, we will theme them to seasonal designs and trending styles The week before class i will put up a poll of a few options so we can do what you guys are wanting, and then i will release a non brand specific product list so you can have everything ready a few days before! I will also put out a video on set up to get yourself ready as these classes will be quickfire 1/2 - 1 hour , with the opportunity to ask questions as we go and at the end, because lets keep it real - we are all time poor🤣 There is no requirement to join or do every class you are welcome to pick and choose what you want to learn, Take pictures of your work and keep the tips your practicing on and send me a photo after class in the dm here and i will collate them as we go! Plus if you use any of these techniques here on a client tag me on ig @milkshake.nails! I love to see your work! On big yarn there thanks if you made it this far! Was on live a while ago with @Nicky MacLean and I asked this question; what sites or apps are you using for bookings because I'm still on calls and WhatsApp bookings? I'll appreciate every help from you guys.

I’ve always wanted to do tier pricing for my art and I get so confused by it and end up shutting my laptop every time… add-on pricing is annoying just to work out full cost after the service. How are you doing your tier pricing? Tips and tricks please 🙏 ( not sure which category this would fit under )
