Menstrual cycle hacks
I want to share some of my personal hacks for having a better period. Over the last four years, I’ve learned to truly listen to my body after dealing with extremely painful periods—cramps, vomiting, intense pain, and days when I could barely move. 1. water with electrolytes 2. cycle seeds 3.confort food and easy to digest 4. no sodas, no coffee, no gluten (there will be time for that). 5.walk at least 30 min per day, except for the 1-2 days of the period I normally do this 3 days before I get my period, but if you want to know more specific info drop a comment This info is base on my own body, my own research! I invite you to start your own journey ✨

Before you set your 2026 goals...
Hey loves, We're about to enter that time of year where everyone starts setting resolutions, mapping out goals, making vision boards. And don't get me wrong... I love a good vision board. I've been making them for years!!! But here's what I've learned this year: we hold so tight to our goals that we don't leave any space for the unexpected things to find us. For me, this year, nothing went according to plan. Most of my goals failed. But the two biggest opportunities that changed everything... They weren't on my list at all. I just wrote a very raw post on Substack about this about failures, unexpected opportunities, and what happens when you finally let go of control. I think it might shift how you approach 2026. https://open.substack.com/pub/thesyncway/p/the-year-i-almost-quit?r=6bssn1&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web&showWelcomeOnShare=true (It's probably the most vulnerability that I shared online since I started this (online) life) Sending love, Teo

it’s always a great choice to leave space for the unknown, this way what we truly desire can reach us 🤍 Thank you Teo for sharing it this way 🤍
Seed cycling.
I have started to attempt seed cycling, since I've seen so many talk about it, and it seems like an easy way to help your cycle. The thing is, I'm a little unsure if it's a legit tool or just some influencer that started a trend, because I've seen some decent argumentations, but at the same time, there are so many different versions of what seeds to put in what parts of the cycle. What I read my way to is: first part of the cycle. 1-2 tablespoons of - Linseed and pumpkinseeds Second part 1-2 tablespoons of - Sesame seeds and sunflower seeds. This is still my first cycle trying it out, but I just wanted to know if anyone has experience with this or something clever to say on the matter :)

Hey! Can I jump in and ask how do you take them? Because I know that you should grind(?) them. Is it right? I don’t have the tool to grind seeds so I’ve never used them

Build your macro plate
Hiiiiii my loves 🧡 Let’s talk about how you build your plate, because this is one of the places where things quietly go out of balance without you even noticing. Without making any attacks, but I see this so often! >> Most women think they eat “pretty healthy.” But when you look closely, the plate often misses the STRUCTURE your hormones need. I think in about 7/10 cases I see way too little protein compared to carbs. Remember the hand method to measure the ratios? (added image) When this structure is missing, your blood sugar shifts faster, cravings rise, your mood feels more sensitive, and PMS symptoms get louder. Your body signals it immediately! So I want to hear from you: 👉🏻 What does your usual breakfast look like? 👉🏻 Do you build meals around protein or around carbs?

@Megan Stewart Stewart hey! you can try with snacks that you enjoy but made with healthier stuff. They don’t have to be sad, you just need to mix the right ingredients together. Also, it’s normal that in your late luteal days you are way more hungry, so maybe you can simply have more of something that is delicious and makes you feel whole too! Idk, one food I can’t miss when Im in luteal it’s sweet potato, I just love it so much. But that’s just me, not an expert at all 🤍

@Megan Stewart Stewart another one is dates! I love them so much, they’re a cute sweet treat and when I really want some chocolate I eat dates with a piece of chocolate in them heeheh
Time to celebrate?! ❄️
I feel during these cold months we need to acknowledge our wins more than anything!!! Motivation drops when daylight drops. And this (lack of) sunlight affects our drive, mood, focus... But we can reverse engineer this. We name a win > We create feedback > We build momentum first So I have AN IDEA! 💡 Let’s dig a bit and name some wins ON PURPOSE (even if they might sound small, or not wins at all) What’s one small win from the last few days... Something your body noticed Something you didn’t push Something you said no to Something you finally did Something you let go of Or mayyyyybe some symptoms that got reduced?

@Teodora Sabau even simply say “no, can someone else go get this tomorrow morning so I can rest more?” eheheh. I always feel like I can’t say no because it would stress someone else, but I understood that I also need to equilibrate my saying yes to everything and then get so tired I feel numb /:
