I have so enjoyed being a part of HVT and participating. I noticed I engage then of late just stop; I always seemed to have other stuff to do, life got in way etc. any excuse. I would meditate daily for few weeks on end then just stop. I started to ponder and ask myself all summer in small steps what going on within me and now I suddenly got it. Why I start beating myself up internally thinking am lazy, a procrastinator bla bla bla all negative thoughts and then I understood no I self sabotage and use it as a tool to not do anything so I can’t fail if I don’t complete and I don’t feel self worth so prob best get in there first destroy it so at least am in control. Am so happy to have arrived at this stage, its like peeling an onion so many layers but I finally am able to reveal my authentic self and truly acknowledge and truly love me for first time in my life and it’s such a powerful blissful feeling. like it was worth my journey so far to feel my love for me so deeply. I just wanted to share this which is a first for me I am usually 1000% Uber private person but I feel safe to step out shadows and connect.

I gotta rise out of this hole, by giving love back to the past, allowing it to flow in the present and by trusting The Divine again. I've been living in fight and flight and I know my situation and post trauma through my body has instigated this but with you all I have a vision. We have a knowing that can bring us out of fear and into light. And much beyond this, has a power which unearths mountains and generates vibrations to life our humanity to where we were created to Be, to resonate with each other and the UniVerse. I'm commited to seeing my purpose with you all through. If I give up, or any of us give up, a part of us dies. Non of us can do this alone... Let's always hold each other. Let's continually connect with our UniVerse vibrations with the power of Knowing we are all supporting each other rise above what appears to us and reach into all that the Divine aspires for us. Which is available to us when we surrender to it. Life situations, especially when accumulated can be so hard, and our souls resist because its not meant to be this way and it is alien to our origin, our human nature, our Divine Source. No wonder the struggle is so intense. May we all have the wisdom, collectively to support each other through everything, to step into our Divine Purpose to be the Creative, loving, sustaining energetic Beingness that WE ARE. SO Latifa is gone.... I can't find her anymore. I'm tired of being lost and don't want to go on anymore. My vibration has dropped so low I'm worse than dead. My body can't take the ptsd any longer and I am not patient to see it through. I'm actually quite terrified.
