Hard closing for the first time
I normally close on the follow-ups but this time I finally got a guy to pay on the spot (1500$ in MXN) payment split.

Thereโ€™s only 3 primary ways to make money in business: 1. Make new sales 2. Lower your expenses 3. Upsell existing clients

I Don't Know What I'm Doing Wrong
I've been sending emails like crazy to 3 different industries and I've been doing follow ups as well. I just sent out my 4th follow up with all of my lists. I get 80%-99% open rate but very few replies. I've tested different scripts, different cta, different personalization, different offers. I'm just not sure where I'm going wrong. Any advice to how I can get replies and actually book some meeting would be so so very appreciated. Thanks fellas

Nice man after your first couple of days with sitters, how many appointments have you been able to book?
Project Proposal
Does anyone have a sample proposal template I can use? I've been working with this client for about a month now, just on Google Ads. But now we've discussed adding GMB optimization, SEO, and website maintenance management. She also mentioned Facebook ads (Zero experience here by the way) and mentioned that sheโ€™d like to see some proof, assets or materials that I can run Facebook ads. Oh, and she mentioned that viral videos are the only things that work with Facebook ads - is there any truth to this? As always, I appreciate the support

Hey brother Iโ€™m not sure as to your background or experience & this is just my opinion so take it with a grain of salt but my advice is this: Do what you know and are good at. Your job as an agency owner is to be an advisor, a consultant, & a subject matter expert. So if you know GMB, google ads & seo do that and charge for that. How can you charge someone for something you donโ€™t know how to do or have no experience in. You said, โ€œOh, and she mentioned that viral videos are the only things that work with Facebook ads - is there any truth to this?โ€ The fact that youโ€™re asking this displays that you probably shouldnโ€™t be charging the client for that yet. And please donโ€™t take that the wrong way Iโ€™m 100% not being a hater and I understand we all start somewhere & Iโ€™m not perfect by any means. Iโ€™m just trying to let you learn from my mistakes so you donโ€™t repeat them. So I would just recommend charging the client for the services that you know you can deliver on while youโ€™re learning how to do the other things. Then once you reach a point where you know enough to be actively advising the client on the topic/subject you can start charging them for that service. Other people in the group may have different opinions on this but in my experience brother itโ€™s not worth the headache to take money from a client for a service youโ€™re not yet proficient in. Donโ€™t set yourself up for failure. The last shit you want is pissed off clients, chargebacks, a bad reputation & daily headaches. As far as the sales assets, 100% you need that, whether thatโ€™s a slide deck, messy demo, case study or combination of um all. Thereโ€™s a ton of slide deck templates on canva but you should showcase: 1. Who you are, what you do, who you work with, build rapport & get a basic understanding of their business, their pain points & start to get a feeler for what some of their objections are likely to be so you can tailor your call towards addressing them 2. Your pitch (what you do, how you do, your process & procedures, etc.) 3. Any case studies or client results 4. Sell them on how youโ€™re going to implement your system or skills to get them to where they want to be & go over your compensation model & get ready to address their objections
