My First Cold Calling
Just tried my very first ever cold calling right now. It went like this…….. Hey Frank! My name is Daniel. Have you got a minute so I can explain why I’ve reached out this morning? No no no….alright, is this not a good time to talk? I can definitely call back, when’s a good time for you? No no no no…..don’t call back, please. Bye.

@Matthew Deighan Do cold emails actually work? i've sent emails to maybe 5-6 people and no response. I know ive got to do like thousands of them but i didnt want to spend all the time on them if they dont work.
Project Proposal
Does anyone have a sample proposal template I can use? I've been working with this client for about a month now, just on Google Ads. But now we've discussed adding GMB optimization, SEO, and website maintenance management. She also mentioned Facebook ads (Zero experience here by the way) and mentioned that she’d like to see some proof, assets or materials that I can run Facebook ads. Oh, and she mentioned that viral videos are the only things that work with Facebook ads - is there any truth to this? As always, I appreciate the support

@Cordero Castanon Hey! You are 100% correct, and I agree with you about staying with what I know and do well. I’ve always said no to Facebook ads because I’ve never done it, though I have watched a few tutorials on it, and it doesn’t seem that complex. One of the main reasons I decided to say yes was because I’ve gotten so many requests on it from clients that I declined. Also, I figured that the only way to learn is by dipping your toes into the water. For example, my niche is in the home services industry, such as plumbing, drain, electrical, and HVAC companies. However, I have really struggled with booking appointments and recently had someone reach out to me on Upwork for dog training ads (something I would have said no to if I had been able to book appointments in my niche). I took the chance, and it is doing extremely well now, and they are getting all the leads they need. Similarly, I had a massage therapist reach out on Upwork, and they’ve been averaging 12 solid leads, actual booked jobs every day since we started. All in all, I agree with you about doing what you know and are comfortable with. I think the best thing to do is to be transparent and have them decide if they want to take a chance with you. I also like @Bailey Fox advice about not charging them or offering a money-back guarantee. Thank you for your great advice on this. I’m going to try to take this weekend to learn more about FB Ads. Any resources you’d recommend?
Dog Training Cold Call
Dog Training is absolutely not my niche but just got curious and made a cold call to a local dog trainer, He asked to call back in like 2 hrs so I didn't really get to go into things. (This is not my niche and the only experience I have with this is just with one client I met through Upwork). I guess my question is, I don't really know what to say when I call him back in 2 hrs. Any suggestions? Am I supposed to promise him something? I can see that he's already running ads, and they've got a great website. What can I offer this guy lol?
HVAC Niche
Is anyone in here in HVAC? I got a couple questions I want to ask.

Yes, that's specifically my niche. What's up?
Welcome/Intro
Hi! I’m Daniel, age 28. Based in Minneapolis, MN. I currently have a full-time job where I help an agency manage all things Google Ads, Bing Ads, website maintenance and updates, and SEO management. I spend over $1M in monthly Google Ads and Bing Spend. My goal is to be able to do this myself with my agency. My area of expertise is in the home service industry, such as plumbing, drain, electrical, and HVAC techs. I have also recently been working with other verticals such as massage therapists and dog training companies. (MRR) $1000, excluding the full-time job. I am looking forward to learning, sharing, and growing together.

@Vincenzo Fumarola Yes, I've got about 42 clients that I manage for this agency. I meet with their clients all the time and they call my cell all the time. I feel like I can do this on my own and call it over with them lol. I'm looking forwarding to working and learning from everyone here man. Too many success stories reading some of the posts here.
