Looking for Google Ads Advice for Local Gym - $25-50 Daily Budget
I run a local service-based business (gym) and I’m looking for help with setting up Google Ads to generate leads. I have a daily budget of $25-50. Could anyone offer advice on: - Search Campaign structure (or advice if you think I should do more than search...?) - Any tips on keywords would be awesome - Any tips for optimizing on this smaller budget would be greatly appreciated! P.S. I'm also looking to not get scammed if I hire someone - is this worth hiring someone to do it for me? I have marketing experience so I'm not bad with tech - have run FB ads for years.

@Nick Gale Although your budget is too small to bring in a performance marketer rn, if you do need help, hit me up and i'll pass on recommendation of a couple of media buyers that can assist you. But in my opinion, it's best if you yourself get some results initially with a bare minimum set up and then bring in a marketer when you are ready to scale and have a proven offer. As for the suggestions, it will take you 10-15 hours max. for the initial set up on your own. Too long to expand but you can just watch 5-7 quality videos from top youtube ad guys to get a good feel of structure and keyword selection process. As for optimizing on your budget, I would suggest to target decent-to-high search volume, higher intent keywords.(...near me, area name, gyms around...) And as shallow as it sounds, initially don't try to reinvent the wheel and just try to make your claims, faster, cheaper and bigger than your competitors. That's something which has always worked for me with smaller brands and low budgets. Another thing that has worked for me and will bring you results irrespective of google or meta is look for viral social edutainment content and find those common keywords that catch attention, ring a bell and turn heads their way and use them to sound an expert. for example if everyone is talking about mma, talk about black bet jiu jitsu trainers. And to finish it all, something that worked extremely well for a friend of mine who used to work with tons of local biz until last year was having a strong google google biz profile with great reviews. they used to put simply put 10-12 photos of entrance, amenities, trainer povs, empty gym and street map. used to make the place seem approachable. Hope I was able to help tad bit!
Heatmaps
Can anyone recommend Heatmap software? New campaign. CTR 11.1% I have had 30 clicks thru to a landing page but no lead form submissions. Any suggestions? Too early to tell or should I look at split test on the landing page? Appreciate any suggestions 👍

The performance marketer I work with uses microsoft clarity and hotjar mostly, I've heard zoho has a decent tool too but not exactly an expert. For the landing page, although these benchmarks vary depending on market and sophistication but I still feel no lead form submissions after 30 LPV is alarming. You would first wanna double check attribution, correct linking, and also make sure load time is good for the landing page but if all that's correctly done and you still have no leads coming in, its either because the claim on ad v/s landing page might not be congruent or the hero section of landing page might be too generic for the market or not readable. Those are all the reasons I can think of for such performance, if you can share the landing page link in chat, i can better suggest changes. Hope I always able to help a tiny bit!
