@Jacq Tan that's awesome! Unfortunately I was a bit sick last Sunday so didn't get out. 5km Monday then did a half marathon Tuesday and 5km yesterday so got the miles in I suppose 😀 please keep us updated with your running journey in 2026

I will also keep my reports under this post. The first week was quite easy, because I had a couple mandatory rest days there. I started walking at least around the block. I'm writing my meals down to application. There's plenty of work even a regular meal times.

Prepping for 20kg oalc competition in January, may add snatch as well. Hoping to get r3 which is 120 reps but at the moment I dont think im close
