lymphatic edema?
hi all, question, this t2fs shows edema along the inner wall of the pelvis both sides, lymphnodes are normal size though. any suggestions rather than just non-specific lymph-related/lymphadenitis? I don't think i have seen this before

Perhaps just oedema tracking down into the pelvis from retroperitoneal pathology higher up? Like pancreatitis or perhaps trauma?
