Meditation Monday
If you can’t meditate, your body and environment might be unclean. Cleanliness creates balance, cheerfulness, concentration, non-craving, and fitness to become aware of Consciousness. When toxins and impurities are present in the body the nervous system, emotions, and mind become agitated or dull. This makes it very challenging to settle into the clarity and presence of meditation. How to tell if your body is unclean: - You feel restless or sluggish - You don’t feel cheerful - You have intense cravings - Your mind is scattered or dull - You are unaware of Consciousness How clean is your lifestyle?

@Zach Sanders I don't know about being aware of consciousness. It opens up a vastness that can collapse into nothing. Being able in that flexibility has a steep price. Many people go about naturally, unaware of the vastness and collapsing nature. I'm not saying that they don't try. They do. But to what extent? People who open the books on the mysteries of consciousness and existence can become abstracted from the norms and the natural. Spending a significant amount of time trying to be successful naturally. I learnt today that being natural is about not trying to avoid being unnatural. What a joke.

@Geep Main There is no such thing a separation. I am still learning this.
Namaste
“Namaste - roughly translated means, 'I honor the Deity within you.' that is precisely what we do when we open our hearts to another; we honor the fact that he or she, like us, is a child of the same loving Father, worthy of all respect and careful attention.” ― Virginia H. Pearce My piece: This is what the scripture means when it says, "Verily I say unto you, except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven." (Matthew 18:3) The curiosity and wonder of childhood, combined with the reverence for the loving 'Father' within (the source energy and vibration), allows entry into heaven on earth. No matter where we are in life.

Namaste is a Sanskrit greeting translating to "I bow to you" derived from namah (bow, adoration) and te (to you). It signifies profound respect, often interpreted as "the divine in me bows to the divine in you". It is commonly used in India and Nepal to greet or honour individuals. Remember that the divine has many aspects and takes many forms.

What's weighing you down right now that you don't want to carry anymore? How would it feel to just say fuck it?
