URGENT Industry Update & Holiday Schedule
As part of our commitment to transparency, I like to keep everyone informed about important developments within the industry. Recently, a number of rumors have been circulating that have created unnecessary concern. Please take a moment to read this entire message for clarity and accurate context. Industry Update Over the past year, several large companies—some owned by high-profile influencers—have entered the market. These companies have been openly selling RUO (Research Use Only) products while simultaneously promoting or implying human use, and in some cases marketing to practitioners under separate entities. Many of these companies sponsor major biohacking, anti-aging, and peptide conferences and actively solicit business from doctors and clinics. At the most recent A4M conference, rumors began circulating—originating from some of these same companies—suggesting they were discontinuing GLP products and claiming that government agencies would soon begin shutting down RUO companies altogether. To date, these claims remain unsubstantiated. Notably, many of these rumors trace back to one of the largest peptide influencers, who continues to openly discuss human use. This is a practice we are firmly opposed to at Step One and do not promote in any capacity. To be clear: these are rumors only. That said, we are seeing ripple effects overseas. One of our manufacturing partners has temporarily paused its peptide division, citing increased scrutiny driven by unlicensed operations and irresponsible promotion on social media. They expressed concern that poorly manufactured, untested, or counterfeit products—often tied to unknown labs—have drawn unwanted attention to the industry as a whole, including legitimate manufacturers. Our Position & Holiday Plans Despite the noise, S1Research.net remains fully operational and on track. We are proceeding exactly as planned with the holiday promotions announced last week, and we have multiple large restocking orders already in transit.

Thanks for the update!
Winter ā„ļø Storm Shipping Delays
Hey everybody I wanted to take a minute and let you know about shipping right now. FedEx and UPS both have winter advisories causing delays on all packages. That being said since this morning we have seen a decrease in the number of outstanding delayed orders so they are working on them. As of this morning we had just under 100 packages sent 2 day air that were late. This number has dropped to 57 as I type this. Thank you for everyones patience.

Weekend Update
Hey everyone, Zelle and E-check via Plaid continue to be the easiest and most successful payment methods available. Also if zelle fails for you please message us to send you a request for payment this normally solves any issues. THE ONLY DESCRIPTION ALLOWED ON PAYMENTS IS AN ORDER NUMBER example: 16323 in the memo Debit/Credit Cards: Full Transparency: Currently establishing merchant accounts for traditional processing of research products is impossible. Visa/MC/Amex etc are fining US banks that allow our industry to process directly. Remember those CC companies are owned by the same companies that own big P as well. So what CC options does Step One have currently? Currently when checking out you are buying crypto using your card via a 3rd party which then removes their fee and sends it to us back to FIAT or Crypto are the only available options. This works very well with credit and debit cards from large banks that have built in security verification protocols that text or prompt you to verify you are approving your transaction. Smaller banks or credit unions that do not have this technology just decline your transaction due to potential crypto scammers. What can I do if it declines? You can call your card issuer on the back of your card let them know you are trying to purchase crypto via coinbase, mercuryo, apple pay, etc and ask them to approve your transaction. What happens if I still cant run a card? The best method of payment is still e-check or zelle. E-Check will never be shut off. Why do some research companies have easier checkouts? Last night I went on a mission and audited payment methods of 35 different companies that had ads pop up on facebook. The legitimate ones had similar payment methods to step one. Others were either international companies or people masking what was being purchased using a fake company. Remember we successfully used paypal business for 9 months before being shut off. Personally I have successfully used each of the payment options with coinbase, mercuryo, stratos pay, and unblock and each time it processes fine using my national banks after prompting me to verify I want to charge via text or a pop up window.

My CC rejected my purchase through my CU. ZELLE worked just fine. Amazing how big P's reach is dictating how "we" spend our money. I know Y'all are fighting the good fight. Great job!!
Bac Water Poll
As everyone is aware Hospira bac water is going to be harder to get and at a much higher price. I have found a generic 30 ml bac water made in India just like Hospira is made in India and I had them both tested. Both came back as sterile and 7 pH. This is a very important poll moving forward to gauge whether or not I should order in hundreds of this generic bac water or not I appreciate everyone's response
