I just posted this on my Instagram account. It's a fun little exercise consisting of triple, double and single paradiddles. I thought I would share if it's of any use to anyone. The sticking is RLRLRLRR, LRLRLL, RLRLRR, LRLL, RLRLRLRR. 😊

One of my favorite things to do is pop on a drum less track from YouTube and just go. This was my first time hearing this track and I just went with it. What do yall think? 🥁
