You’re just one funnel away…
When I first heard Russell say this in his training, it hit me hard. I realized I had been overcomplicating my business... chasing tactics, tools, and random strategies. That one phrase made me stop and think: what if all I really needed was the right funnel, built the right way? So I made the decision to build my funnel immediately after that training. Looking back now, it’s one of the best moves I ever made, it gave my business clarity, structure, and a system that still works for me today. 👉 If anyone here is planning to use a funnel for their business, I can honestly say it’s one of the smartest decisions you can make. Curious… has anyone else had a single idea or phrase that completely shifted the way you approach your business?

People Buy Your Certainty More Than Your Slides 🎤
Here’s something I’ve seen again and again: too many entrepreneurs spend weeks perfecting their slides and almost no time building the certainty behind their offer. But here’s the truth: slides don’t sell, certainty does. When Russell teaches inside Prime Mover Foundation, he makes it clear that the audience is always reading you more than your slides. If you don’t believe fully in your offer, no design tweak will save you. So where does certainty come from? 1. Clarity of Transformation: Certainty grows when you know exactly what change you deliver. Not “8 modules of training” but “a path to 10 new clients in 60 days without paid ads.” The clearer the promise, the stronger your confidence. 2. Alignment With Prime Movers: Your audience buys for deep emotional reasons: freedom, status, security, belonging, and confidence. When you align your offer with one of these prime movers, you stop “convincing” and start resonating. That resonance fuels certainty. 3. Practice in Safe Environments: In Prime Mover, we run Show & Tell sessions for a reason: the more you practice your presentation and hear feedback, the more natural it feels. Certainty isn’t a switch; it’s built through reps. 4. Belief in Your Offer’s Value: If you wouldn’t happily pay 10x for your own offer, your certainty will crack under pressure. Russell often challenges entrepreneurs: “Would you buy it at double the price?” If the answer is no, you’ve got an offer problem, not a slides problem. 5. Embodied Energy: This is where charisma and presence come in. Certainty is communicated not just in words, but in tone, pace, posture, and energy. People don’t buy prevention, logic, or slides they buy the confidence you radiate. If you want to sell more effectively, stop obsessing over fonts and transitions. Start building your certainty: sharpen your transformation, connect it to a prime mover, and practice until your belief is unshakable. How do you personally show certainty when you sell? Your answer could help someone here level up their own presentation.

I've defiantly noticed this in myself. It applies to social media content too.

When it Feels Like You're Talking to an Empty Room...
When we're first getting started, it feels like we are talking to an empty room, and usually we are. The thing is, that is where it happens. We get better by taking to the room even when it's empty. Eventually, the room starts to fill because we talked to an empty room first.

@Rosa Medina That's true. You don't have to be afraid of mistakes if no one sees them.
One Step At A Time... w/ Maps & Signs
People want results... Too often we fall into traps looking for shortcuts. Quick fixes, Get rich quick schemes, Miracle cures. People love an overnight success story... But miss the part about the years spent grinding. Progress leads to perfection... Not the other way around. If you want to get across town... You have to follow the road. It takes time. If you figure out the formula for teleportation... Let me know! Otherwise... It's one foot in front of the other. One step at a time. What is the next actionable step that you can take today? You don't need to know all of the steps... Just the next one. And the next. What are some good first steps that you've taken? Or haven't? And what are some of the traps you've fallen into? 🪧 Put up a road sign for your fellow traveller. 🗺️ Draw them a map.

I like it. It reminds me of the poem from The Lord of the Rings. Not all those who wander are lost. Winning happens one step at a time and people need the step we just took Let's go!
Your Definite Purpose
"All success begins with definiteness of purpose, with a clear picture in your mind of precisely what you want in life." - Napoleon Hill Hey Everyone!!! I hope you're doing great today. I wanted to jump in and bring up question that I believe is the key to unlocking your success in any area of your life. It's what Napoleon Hill would call your "Definite Purpose." I posted a video below from me talking about discovering your Definite Purpose. Step #1 - Please take 2 minutes and watch the video right now Step #2 - Take some time to write out your Definite Purpose, and post it in the comments below. Step #3 - Read other people's Definite Purposes, and drop them some feedback and encouragement! Thanks everyone!! Russell Brunson P.S. - Here are some other AMAZING related Napoleon Hill quotes to help inspire your as you define your definite purpose: =========== "I don’t know why it is that when a man decides what he wants, the whole universe seems to come to his aid to see that he gets it." - Napoleon Hill =========== "The principle of psychology through which you can impress your definite chief aim upon your subconscious mind is called Autosuggestion, or suggestion which you repeatedly make to yourself. It is a degree of self-hypnotism…" - Napoleon Hill =========== "There is no hope of success for the person who does not have a central purpose, or definite goal at which to aim. Ninety-eight out of every hundred of those whom I have analyzed, had no such aim. Perhaps this was the major cause of their failure." - Napoleon Hill =========== "Set your mind on a definite goal and observe how quickly the world stands aside to let you pass." - Napoleon Hill =========== "There are no limitations to the mind except those we acknowledge. Both poverty and riches are the offspring of thought." - Napoleon Hill =========== "Desire is the starting point of all achievement, not a hope, not a wish, but a keen pulsating desire which transcends everything." - Napoleon Hill
