🧠 April 14 Day Mindset challenge - who's in
I think it's so important to consistently work on our mindset. So for the next 14 days, we are going to work together to put this into practice. Mindset builds resilience and helps us through tough days/weeks when it comes to losing weight. Transforming the way you think, and talk about yourself will have a huge impact in getting and maintaining your results. Each day, you will have a mindset prompt that won't take you any longer than 5 mins to complete. I will try and post it the night before so that you have all day to remember and practice. I'm going to provide a workbook for you to fill out and download, or you can look up the reflection and write it down in your own notebook. I will of course do this will all of you! If you're consistent, and follow for most of the 14 days, I guarantee that things will start to shift in your life and in your mind.
