$1 SB Opportunity
Hi everyone, I hope this is okay to post here. I've been lurking in the background as I live sell on a different platform than Whatnot. But I'm part of train that is all about items with wings and we all are having a $1 "banger" start item. A few of us are showcasing jewelry and I thought I'd share mine with you all as it's a great piece and if it doesn't go very high you might get an amazing deal! It's a Lester Joy piece from before he started Les Bernard with epic dragons on the sides, it's so cool! If you're interested make sure you like the item and put in a prebid. The train isn't until July 5th but the sellers are having a friendly contest so we're marketing early. I watched a bit of this. Here’s what I grasped. It went really fast and there were no captions and there were lots of people. The one statistic I think I’m right with is that there’s 90% of the chat in shows where no items are have been preloaded. I think my interpretation is buyers are more interested in shows that aren’t preloaded (but that seems wrong). He also said they’ll be introducing a new format for selling where you can post items more in a category then preloading. The idea is it saves time from preloading but gives buyers an idea of what’s to come. They’re (Wnatnot) been testing this for a while through various sellers (mostly clothing). It would be up and running in 2-3 weeks. They claim to be providing better opportunities for sellers to save time in posting so they can make more money selling. I only saw this show cause I happen to go onto whatnot for a few minutes. I wish I had known it was coming up. I hope to know about future meetings.

Bakelite Color Identification Chart needed
I’m selling off a HUGE Bakelite buyout I did and am looking for a color chart so I know what to call each color as I sell them. People were asking for items off my table by color and I want to look smarter next time! Here’s a picture of one bucket of items I purchased (there are two more like it if you can believe it) plus pictures of the 3 highest selling items from last night including a Jonne by House of Schrager carved necklace set with original tag.
