You just can't win them all
I saw someone post about an angry lead. Some leads can be like that, or sometimes even sarcastic, like the lead I had. However, I simply pushed through it, just as Giulio does, and moved on. This reminded me of Giulio's blooper videos 😂

true, and it also depends a lot on the niche and industry you're calling in
Kind Person (Cold Call Recording)
He’s one of the nicest people I’ve ever had phone call, and he also encouraged me to reach out to the next person. We work with AI voice agents, SMMA, and white-label GHL. I was talking about the software and how it can answer calls 24/7. How do you think I should handle objections like this? Or should I just move on to the next person to respect the prospect's time? My Opening Script: HEY man, My name is Habibur, I got your info from the internet. So, I wanted to reach out to you guys because we build software for Auto Detailers to manage clients and book automatic appointments and answer calls 24/7. I’d love to offer you a free demo and if you maybe got 30 seconds to spare

Hey, good job! And its a great step to ask for feedback as well! What do you think it could be improved?
The Script Dilemma
Been tweaking my opener almost daily. Started robotic, now it’s more conversational. Funny thing—when I focused less on the script and just talked like a human, people actually stayed on the line longer. Who knew? Also need to work on acting more rational. Instead of changing the script daily, I should track the metrics and let the data speak! 💡Curious—how long did it take you to become a "good communicator" instead of a "script reader"?

To be honest, I talk alone a lot. That's what I did to learn english, that's what I do to cold call and to give public speeches as well. You just need to get comfortable to talk, a lot, and to master the skill to make up quick, logical, thoughts and correlate them to your conversation and were you want to get it. I think the key of it is the communication skill, mostly. If you're already a good communicator, the feeling of being embarassed will fade away as soon as you make your first 30 calls (let's say), then it will get like a routine for you. Remember, this skill will help you in all the areas of your life, so I would just recommend to talk a lot. Make-up some scenarios, and try to talk your way out of the most common objections. Try asking chat gpt a list of 50 objections and try to talk them out, by speaking to yourself everyday. You just have to get used to those, and be prepared to handle them, like in every job, they prepare you for the situations you'll be encountering. I promise that once you'll get used to the idea it will come more natural than you think, to adapt quick in every situation.
AI, AI, AI...but why?
AI sales coaches, AI CC practices, AI this, AI that. I mean I am old school man but still...no matter how good AI CC practice is, deep in your subconciusness you know it aint the real thing, you know you are not interrupting someones day, you know someone aint blowwing you off, you dont get to feel the "hate". Why not just add 100 garbage accounts and 5 people from each acc. And practice on them. Screw up 100 times in a row until you screw up once on 100 rows 😎

I'm old school as well, but I'm also intrigued a bit by AI. I've seen how much easier my life got in the last few months, and how I could potentially scale this further. In my case, I wouldn't think of AI replacing cold calling jobs (bc when I get a call I instantly hang up or recognize the robotic voice, and also humans will always prefer authentic connections over fake ones) but still, I definitely see the potential of AI in my time of providing services, and all the tools that can make my life easier when working for someone. So yeah, I'm scared myself of it, but also, why shouldn't we hop on the trend and try to benefit as much as we can to scale up online businesses?
Selling websites to construction companies (My task ask is to book clients to the meeting)
I starterd cold calling a few month ago as a side hustle since I go to uni (19 years old). Last month I got about 7 sales. One of the most often reply's I get from construction owners is that they say that they already have a lot of clients and they couldn't handle any more projects, so a website would be a waste of money or ect. Which are the best objections to use?

first of all - you are doing absolutely great. Seriously, for a 19 years old, while having uni and getting into a sales job an d trying to live life with ups and downs isn't for the weak. I've been there and I know how hard it is to keep up. And 7 sales? again, great job, make sure to keep it up. One objection I would use, would be to use the website to retain the interested clients for the long term. If you can keep an evidence, to who subscribes, interacts with the website, you can reach out to them in the future by booking them. Construction isnt a fast service anyway. So booking them for the next months/years would be great, and they could see if it's worth expanding the team/company or even city. So I would think it more of an investment for growth, and the future, instead of "we"re full now"
