WORLD RADIO DAY โ€“ SA IS LEKKER STYLE
Think back to 1998โ€ฆ Sitting around the radio, listening to stories that made you laugh, cry, and imagine a whole new world. No screens. No scrolling. Just voices and vibes. Fast forward to 2003... Tapping your favorite songs off the radio, waiting patiently to press record at the perfect moment ๐ŸŽถ Radio wasnโ€™t just sound โ€” it was a moment. And now? Listening to Jacaranda FM in the car with the family, singing along, catching the news, debating traffic updates, laughing at the presenters. Radio didnโ€™t disappear. It grew with us. It evolved with us. It stayed with us. From cassette tapesโ€ฆ to car ridesโ€ฆ to streaming apps. From childhoodโ€ฆ to adulthood. Thatโ€™s the power of radio. It connects. It informs. It entertains. It's part of our story. SA is LEKKER because our stories are lekker. ๐Ÿ‡ฟ๐Ÿ‡ฆโœจ Drop your favorite radio memory below ๐Ÿ‘‡What station did you grow up listening to?

Yesterdayโ€™s State of the Nation Address gave us a lot to think about. I honestly can't choose.... They are all crucial. I suppose water is an absolute essential so that is probably my number one, but then all of them are linked with public accountability. If we sort of the corruption then there is more money for everything else
