Can I get your opinion on resumes... do you recommend a paragraph under each job title and then some bullet points or just bullet points under each job? If you do recommend a paragraph, what do you ask they include there?
@Giselle Moratin - I agree with Jonathan. As a former recruiter, I'll go with bullets because it's easy to skim. Keep in mind hiring managers or recruiters can be reading resumes on the go (on mobile devices), rather than on a laptop/desktop. Bullets are more eye-friendly.
