Economic Development contacts
Just a thought I wanted to share about local contacts that have made a difference for me as an operator and how they may benefit folks looking to fund deals. Each area, usually at the county or multi county area has someone or a group for economic development. When I was in Western Tennessee it was three counties, when I was in Philadelphia area it was DVIRC. Anyway, in the Tennessee experience Covid hit and I was the GM of the business, payroll and cashflow to keep the doors open was daily priority. The local Economic development person was helping me with contacts, the county executive was helping me with contacts. These folks want businesses to succeed in their areas and are worth networking with.

@Boomie Hy nado.org has an interactive map. YMMV. Some are county or several county responsibility.

USDA loans - rural areas
I know we can do SBA loans, but can we also do USDA backed loans? I have spent time in rural areas and those programs were used. I’m assuming so, since it has government guarantee for part of the loan, but also has geographic restrictions.

My 90 day goal to start 2026. $25K as an affiliate. Realistically $10K by end of February and $15K in March. Gotta get that pipeline full.
