@Marigold Henshaw hi marigold,that’s ok I think being open and transparent is one of the best ways to build a friendship with a colleague,your journey sounds interesting and I would like to hear the next steps you took. I must say my situation at the moment with regards any start up costs in property is in my pension fund which I have access to in 2 months time. Could I ask what initial investments you started with,as I have a pension fund of £45,000 I’m looking to take 25% tax free so will have around £11,000 as a minimum investment.
