Hi, I'm Chris and I'm actually fairly new to Commodore but already a big fan. As a kid, I grew up with the Spectrum 48k but really wanted an Amiga 500. At the time, I couldn't get one and ended up with a Mega Drive instead. But last year, my wife and I started a retro gaming channel on YouTube and began collecting old consoles and computers - a chance to get some of the thins we never had as kids. I finally got my Amiga but we also really wanted a C64. so, we bought an old breadbin and started to use that. I gave it a quick clean inside (removed a dead spider) and we were just getting into it when we had an issue with the graphics and nothing displayed properly. While we're waiting to get that fixed, or ideally fix it ourselves, we got hold of a 64C. So, now we're beginning to use that. Because of those issues, I am still very new to the C64 as I say but I have been very impressed with the games we've tried so far and look forward to featuring them on our channel. My faves so far are X-Out and Turrican but do need more practice on both lol.
