what's the weirdest sushi roll you've ever eaten
What was in it? How was it? I know it's not a roll, but my customers all-time favorite thing that I serve them is spicy tuna nachos served on Doritos. Don't laugh! It's f'ing delicious! (Oh yeah, if you have a pic please drop it)

A little ugly but an experiment on my part. This is a soul role. Yes rice, but no seaweed, it is blanched collard greens, spicy kimchi, Louisiana battered fried chicken strips, Mac n Cheese, rolled up. Topped with spicy mayo and a dollop of Japanese BBQ sauce.
