FRIDAY WINS! 🎉  & FREE BE WELL PRODUCT WINNER!!
TAKING ACTION: ✅Share the following in the comments below: Your favorite win of the month AND your favorite part of this month’s challenge! 🎉 Not only is it Friday, but it’s the final Friday of the month—and today, we’re going to celebrate our favorite monthly wins from our Strength + Metabolic Reset Challenge! 🎉 We’ve been talking about finishing strong this week, and showing up to celebrate your wins is another way you can finish strong. You may not view celebrating yourself as a way of finishing strong, but that couldn’t be further from the truth. Celebrating yourself takes a special kind of strength, and it's also a motivator for moving forward, which, in my opinion, is exactly what it takes to build both mental and physical strength! 💯 Take some time today to consider your weekly (or monthly!) win and share with us below! 🎉 ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ #1 on LEADERBOARD for engagement this month and the winner of a FREE BE WELL PRODUCT is @Bobbi Varney !!! Send me your address and I'll get that mailed to you, friend! You can be the winner for August, just simply show up everyday in this group and engage!!

🎉 Friday Wins
✅Share your weekly win below! Did you practice having a growth mindset in any area this week? If so, that’s a win, and I want to hear all about it! 🎉 It’s Friday, and you know what that means—it’s time to celebrate, friends! 🎉 We’ve been talking about having a growth mindset vs. a fixed mindset this week, and I’m curious to know—did you practice having a growth mindset in any area in which you normally default to a fixed mindset? Just like with anything else, changing your mindset first requires awareness—and then intentionality. You must practice. When you notice yourself falling into a fixed-mindset thought pattern, it’s important to catch it and adjust your thinking. Your brain doesn’t know the difference between a thought and reality; therefore, the more you practice changing your thoughts/mindset, the more repetitive and natural it will become. Before long, your actions will follow—and you quite literally change your brain—and when you change your brain, you reach your goals and sustain them. I don’t know about you, but the ROI seems well worth the investment if you ask me…💯

You Can’t Hate Yourself Thin Or Healthy
TAKING ACTION: ✅If you’ve ever tried to change out of frustration or dislike for your body, how’d that work out for you? Did it prove to only produce short-term results? Let’s talk about it below! This week, we’re discussing how it’s possible to both love and appreciate your body while also having goals. I think women often feel guilty for having aesthetic goals. We’re in a season where “body positivity” is a mainstream message. Don’t get me wrong—I’m here for it. I think we should love and appreciate our bodies regardless of size, weight, or shape. With that said, it’s also totally possible to love yourself as is AND have goals. In my opinion, that’s the best way to approach your health & wellness journey—with both love and a desire for improvement. 💯 Think about this for a moment: You can’t hate yourself thin or healthy. I mean, I suppose you can. But how well does that work out? From my experience, it doesn’t work out too well. Maybe you can lose weight and reach some goals, but the reality is that it makes you miserable; however, when you strive towards goals because you already LOVE your body, the journey is a more pleasant one…because you love yourself and your body despite the mess-ups and extra lbs. The road bumps don’t send you into a spiral—because you already love yourself. In my opinion, self-love is a critical piece of the puzzle—simply because there’s nothing that can happen that will make you love yourself or your body any less. No feeling defeated. No spirals. Just the ability to pick right back up where you left off. If you’ve been trying to reach your goals from a place of “dislike” or even “hatred”, maybe consider changing the narrative. Tomorrow, we’re going to learn more about how to find love for your body, regardless of what it looks like. 🫶 **WORKOUT IN COMMENTS**

Tuesday Eats 🍗
TAKING ACTION: ✅Have you ever thought about the fact that eating healthy and exercising are both forms of self-love and desire for change? Let’s hear your thoughts below! Yesterday, we began discussing how it’s possible to love yourself (and your body!) while also having goals or a desire to get healthier. When it comes to nutrition and exercise, here’s the truth—eating healthy and working out ironically take care of both. 💯 Eating healthy and exercising are forms of loving your body. They’re also actions you take when you have goals. Interesting, huh? This is one reason I know it’s possible to both love yourself and desire change… because two of the most important pieces of the puzzle (eating healthy and exercising) address both. That’s not a coincidence. That’s Truth. 💯 Speaking of eating healthy, check out this low-carb, gluten-free/dairy-free recipe below! It’s high in protein and healthy fats! 🫒 Lemon Sage Chicken Thighs - Cotter Crunch

Love & Appreciate Your Body!
TAKING ACTION: ✅Do you feel you have a love for your body and a desire to change or improve it? Share about it below! “We’re halfway there—woah-oh, living on a prayer” 🎶 Two weeks down. Two to go. But hopefully, you’re not just living on a prayer at this point of the challenge. Hopefully, you’re feeling strong and crushing it! 💪 During week one, I gave you all of the tangible details regarding our Strength & Metabolic Reset. Last week, we discussed the importance of having a growth mindset as we navigate this challenge. Both strategy and mindset are important. It isn’t either/or. It’s both. Speaking of “being both”, this week we’re going to talk about how it’s possible to truly love and appreciate your body while also wanting to improve your muscle mass, body composition, etc. Again, it’s not either/or. It’s always both—and we’re going to dive into both this week! 💯 *** WORKOUT IN THE COMMENTS ***
