Weekday Morning Knocking
What is everyone’s opinion on knocking as early as 9 AM on a weekday? Of course not everyone will be home, but do we think it is too early from an etiquette standpoint? I aim for the afternoon most of the time, but sometimes the day gets away from me.

Thanks for taking the time to respond. I agree that afternoons are usually more effective. My question was more about cultural etiquette, as I’m an American living in New Zealand and want to be careful not to overstep by visiting a home too early. It sounds like there isn’t a specific cultural faux pas, so I appreciate the clarification.
"Just Sold" script
Thanks for this mornings session! After your last one, I used the "just sold" script around a property I had recently sold and it worked a treat. I ended up securing a few 10 minute appraisals and collecting quite a few phone numbers. To be honest, the thought of door knocking still fills me with doubt every single day and the thought is the hardest part to overcome. But from watching you, I am learning to just get out there and do it and I find that most people are surprisingly receptive - and even complimentary about me doing it in person rather than cold calling. Thanks again for the inspiration and practical strategies.
