Thanks for this mornings session! After your last one, I used the "just sold" script around a property I had recently sold and it worked a treat. I ended up securing a few 10 minute appraisals and collecting quite a few phone numbers. To be honest, the thought of door knocking still fills me with doubt every single day and the thought is the hardest part to overcome. But from watching you, I am learning to just get out there and do it and I find that most people are surprisingly receptive - and even complimentary about me doing it in person rather than cold calling.
