SMART goals 🤮
Everyone knows about SMART goals. B U T I think there's a better way to make goals if you really want to get your business streamlined. And it starts with ONE thing. V I S I O N. So yesterday you made a vision board. And now that you have that vision of your future, it's time to make some goals. Take one item on your vision board. And break it into steps. Build it backwards! All the way to the minute level. And then take the first step. Post below what you do. So we can cheer you on!

@Michelle McCartney I have become a new person now that I wake up early and head straight to the gym. I initially went to lose weight, but I found the hormones make me a much happier and more productive human. I am now the crankiest nighttime person though. 😆

6 Things I learned in 60 min with Sarah Hankins
Is it possible to build 3 separate businesses to $100K+ AND be a mother of 7!? YES IT IS Sarah is a superwoman!! And I had the PLEASURE of talking to her for 60 min straight. Here’s what I learned: 1> Take messy action: Sarah shared that it’s better to act and learn from your mistakes than to be frozen by the idea of a “perfect way.” She also emphasized “learning as you go.” 2> Just like being a mom, being an entrepreneur takes a lot of “deep work”: I learned that both entrepreneurship and motherhood bring you to places physically and emotionally that you would never have thought of or chosen for yourself. 3> Your business can have a positive impact on your kids: Sarah told multiple stories about her children being driven and pursuing their own hobbies. One son went from telling her he wanted to learn about cars to being asked by his boss if he’d be willing to be the head of one of their auto shops!!! 4> You can succeed at business without a rigid schedule: She is “neurospicy” and approaches everything with creativity and flexibility. 5> As a mom of 7 she would use the small moments to get things done for her business while still being flexible. 6> Community is more important than the money you make: She became one of the most active people on Skool BECAUSE she prioritizes relationships. If YOU had 60 minutes with her, which questions would you ask?

@Mogene Christensen also, I felt seen when she talked about structure. These days, I cling to a schedule because it is the only thing that will make me productive. If I get in a mood and walk away from my desk, that work day is a complete wash. 😂
