Everyone knows about SMART goals. B U T I think there's a better way to make goals if you really want to get your business streamlined. And it starts with ONE thing. V I S I O N. So yesterday you made a vision board. And now that you have that vision of your future, it's time to make some goals. Take one item on your vision board. And break it into steps. Build it backwards! All the way to the minute level. And then take the first step. Post below what you do. So we can cheer you on!

We've made a vision, created goals, and steps in those goals. Now it's time to track. 👣 Go out into the wilderness and look around for signs of life. 😉 Just Kidding., wrong kind of tracking. I'm talking about documentation. CRMs, excel sheets, Notion, etccccc. Patterns are found through analyzing data. Which is a wordy way to say... If we write down what we're doing day after day, then it's easier to see that we're improving day by day.
