October is ADHD Awareness Month — so we’re turning awareness into ACTION with a fun challenge! Here’s How It Works: 1. 👯 Pick an Accountability Buddy — Don't have a buddy? Drop a comment that you're looking for one! 2. 🧠 Name Your Team + Make a Logo — earn bonus points for creativity! 3. 🎯 Pick One Goal for the Next 21 Days — something that moves your life or biz forward. Follow our SMART goal guide if you need help coming up with one. 4. 🪞 Post Your Progress — Every day, each person on the team will make a progress post, sharing what they did that day and their plan for the following day. (One post per person per day) 5. ➕ Earn Points — Earn 1 point for each daily progress post, with point bonuses for maintaining a streak (no missed days), completing prompts, and earning leaderboard positions. More on the point system below. The teams with the most points at the end of the month win. IN ORDER TO WIN: each member of your team must post daily progress updates without missing days, complete the weekly ADHD awareness prompts, and engage in the community to get on the leaderboard for extra points.
