Finding the upgrade to Claude so frustrating as I purchased it through apple apps, and even logged in with the account, but it’s still telling me to purchase the pro. Any ideas family?

Good good day everyone I am just wanted to. I’m just wanting to introduce myself. My name is christian and I originally from the UK but I’ve spent many many years living in Bermuda.. I just want to say it’s a pleasure to be here with this community and and to learn with and also to interact with so we can all help each other and experience and experience I am currently basic novice to have a lot to learn from this community or should I say big family.
