Carnivore
After getting my bloodwork back, we are changing from the carnivore diet and going more of a Mediterranean style. I'm going to re-test my bloodwork in 6 months to see where I stand. So far I'm down 25 lbs from diet alone with a few cheat meals here and there. I had a ton of energy on the Carnivore diet but with the Mediterranean, I don't feel as energetic and I feel hungry more often. That should change when we dial in the portion sizes. I still have more energy than I had before starting the diet. Every step forward is progress!

My cholesterol jumped pretty high on the carnivore. Too much red meat and eggs. My doctor wasn't happy with me.

Today I’m saying NO to…
To living by my current low level/non existent standards. I will take at least 1 hour today to determine no more than 5 standards that will build the frame for what type of man I am to become. 4/27/26

Today I say no to..
Being afraid to use Spanish (I don’t speak very well) with my subcontractors. This opens a whole bigger world of people I can work with and hire if I get over my fear.

I think you'll find that you'll earn more respect from them. You'll also find that you'll get better as you use it more. I used to be a Chinese linguist. I was always afraid to speak. But the more I spoke, I found that they were eager to help me get better and I grew more confident.
