@Desiree Day Thanks so much for the introduction Desiree! Congratulations for crossing the 10 year mark in the Real Estate Business...no small accomplishment with how things have gone over the last 3 years or so. Your comment about MINDSET is absolutely spot on!!! If we can understand that the name of the game is to learn, grow, and build skills...then we start to look at every opportunity as a chance to do (1) of those (3) things. When we look at obstacles as opportunities, there truly are NO BAD DAYS and that "happy life" you referenced is inevitable! When I think about the challenges you presented here, I start thinking about processes, systems, and habits. QUESTIONS TO ASK YOURSELF AND THE COMMUNITY: 1) How can I improve my process so that clients will be more loyal? 2) What can I do to ensure that a larger percentage of transactions close? 3) What is one skill that I want to work on improving this month? The more questions we ask ourselves, the more insight and awareness we can gain. That insight will lead to more confidence and an overall better experience as an Agent. Thanks again for the great intro, I'm looking forward to hearing more about your Real Estate Journey and helping to make this career everything that you want it to be and more!
